Built on an infill lot just around the corner from the central library and The Leonardo, this development is a standout with interiors and amenities setting a higher bar for what’s possible in urban Salt Lake.
Weaving the motifs of landscape, identity and technology together, this design makes the building alive with choice and activity. The mountains, deserts and Great Salt Lake inform the color palettes, textures, and visuals. Organic forms and natural building materials create key touchpoints in spaces like the lobby and amenity lounge. Identity informs amenities that guide people to find their best selves, with an emphasis on wellness that includes a fitness area with salt rooms and sound therapy. Technology guides the resident experience from the moment they access a hidden, self-parking garage. Access, deliveries and climate controls are all phone-integrated, and this granular application of technology reflects on sleek materiality and fine detail at the entrance and port cochere.
